The 2018 triennial ELCA National Youth Gathering was in Houston, Texas, June 27 – July 1, 2018. Six CtK students – Gabrielle, Adam, Elijah, Justin, Claire, Lydia – and two adults – Pastor Matthew, Deacon Patti attended. The team members (shown above in Houston) participated in service projects, special meetings, and fund raisers over the past several years in preparation for their trip.
Four CtK youth attended the ELCA National Youth Gathering in Detroit, Michigan in July 2015.
The next triennial ELCA National Youth Gathering will be held in Minneapolis, Minnesota in July 2024! (It was delayed three years because of the COVID-19 pandemic.)
