Life After Fifty Fellowship (LAFF) is an active group that plans an activity most months. Although their name implies a group for older adults, LAFF leaders stress that they “do not check birth certificates” of anyone who participates!
Recent LAFF activities included dinner out and a play in Hudson and a tour of the Cleveland Museum of Art with lunch at the cafe there.
All men 18 and up are invited for fellowship and food the first Saturday of most months at 8 AM. The group gathers at Fresh Start Diner, 9810 Ravenna Road, Twinsburg – just north of the square on the west side of Ravenna.
On Sunday mornings we serve coffee, tea, and punch between 9:30 AM worship service and 10:45 AM Sunday Church School at the coffee bar in the entry hall to the building.
A bus trip is planned in some years. The 2020 trip to Kelleys Island was cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic and is tentatively planned for August 2021.
